Quran 102, At-Takathur (Vying for Increase) ⓘ

102:1Rivalry in worldly increase distracteth you

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ أَلْهَاكُمُ التَّكَاثُرُ

102:2Until ye come to the graves.

حَتَّى زُرْتُمُ الْمَقَابِرَ

102:3Nay, but ye will come to know!

كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ

102:4Nay, but ye will come to know!

ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ

102:5Nay, would that ye knew (now) with a sure knowledge!

كَلَّا لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عِلْمَ الْيَقِينِ

102:6For ye will behold hell-fire.

لَتَرَوُنَّ الْجَحِيمَ

102:7Aye, ye will behold it with sure vision.

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيْنَ الْيَقِينِ

102:8Then, on that day, ye will be asked concerning pleasure.

ثُمَّ لَتُسْأَلُنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ النَّعِيمِ
