Quran 100, Al-'Adiyat (The Chargers) ⓘ

100:1By the snorting courses,

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ وَالْعَادِيَاتِ ضَبْحًا

100:2Striking sparks of fire

فَالْمُورِيَاتِ قَدْحًا

100:3And scouring to the raid at dawn,

فَالْمُغِيرَاتِ صُبْحًا

100:4Then, therewith, with their trail of dust,

فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِ نَقْعًا

100:5Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe),

فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِ جَمْعًا

100:6Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord

إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنُودٌ

100:7And lo! he is a witness unto that;

وَإِنَّهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ

100:8And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent.

وَإِنَّهُ لِحُبِّ الْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ

100:9Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth

أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِي الْقُبُورِ

100:10And the secrets of the breasts are made known,

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُورِ

100:11On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them.

إِنَّ رَبَّهُمْ بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَخَبِيرٌ
