Denying Signs full verses back to top
Upset over Disbelief full verses back to top
If their rejection weighs heavily on you, then if you can find a tunnel into the earth or a ladder to the sky to bring them a sign, do so! But if Allah had willed, He could have guided them all. So do not be among the ignorant.
Perhaps you will exhaust yourself with grief over them if they do not believe in this message.
If they reject you, messengers before you were also rejected. To Allah, all matters return.
But if they disobey you, say, “I am free of what you do.”
Thus, We have made enemies for every prophet among the wicked
Whenever they bring an argument, We bring the truth and the best explanation.
Sects full verses back to top
As for those who divided their religion and became sects, you have nothing to do with them. Their matter rests with Allah, and He will inform them of what they did.
Deeds full verses back to top
Whoever does a good deed will receive tenfold, but whoever does evil will be repaid only in kind, and they will not be wronged.
Truth and Falsehood full verses back to top
Do not mix truth with falsehood or conceal the truth knowingly.
Avoid Deniers full verses back to top
If you deny, generations before you also denied. The messenger’s duty is only to deliver the message clearly.
So do not yield to those who deny the truth.
They wish you would compromise, so they would compromise.
Be patient with what they say, and part from them with dignified withdrawal.
So do not be impatient with them. We are counting their time precisely.
Leave Me to deal with the deniers, those who live in luxury, and give them a little respite.
So, wait, they too are waiting.
Test full verses back to top
We have adorned the earth to test which of them is best in deeds.
And We will turn all that is upon it into barren dust.
The disbelievers say, “You are not a messenger.” Say, “Allah is sufficient as a witness between me and you, and so are those who have knowledge of the Scripture.”
If only they had been content with what Allah and His Messenger gave them and said, “Allah is sufficient for us. He will grant us from His bounty, and so will His Messenger. To Allah alone we turn with hope.”
