Muslims and Paradise

Indeed, for the Muslim men and women, the faithful men and women, the obedient men and women, the truthful men and women, the patient men and women, the humble men and women, the charitable men and women, the fasting men and women, and those who guard their chastity and remember Allah often, Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward.

Whoever does good, whether male or female, while believing, We will grant them a good life and reward them according to the best of their deeds.

Allah has promised the believing men and women gardens beneath which rivers flow, where they will remain

For them is the home of peace with their Lord, and He is their protector because of what they used to do.

And those who believed, and whose descendants followed them in faith, We will join them with their descendants

Gardens of eternity, where they will enter along with the righteous among their parents, spouses, and children.

On the Day you see the believers, their light shining before them and to their right, it will be said: “Glad tidings for you today.

One of them will say, “I had a companion

Who used to ask, ‘Are you really among those who believe

That once we’re dead and turned to dust and bones, we’ll be brought to judgment?’”

He will say, “Shall we look for him?”

Then he will look and see him in the heart of Hell.

He will cry out, “By Allah! You nearly ruined me!

But whoever desires the Hereafter and strives for it with true effort while believing, his efforts will be appreciated.

This worldly life is nothing but distraction and amusement. The home of the Hereafter, that is the true life, if only they knew.

Do you prefer this life over the Hereafter? The pleasures of this life are insignificant compared to the Hereafter.

And the Hereafter is better for you than this life.

Soon your Lord will grant you, and you will be content.

That is the home of the Hereafter. We grant it to those who do not seek superiority or corruption in the land. The best outcome is for the righteous.

the ones nearest to divine favour.

But the righteous will be in a secure place.

But as for you, O tranquil soul

Return to your Lord, pleased and pleasing.

They will be welcomed: “Enter in peace and security.”

Enter among My servants

By your Lord, We will surely gather them and the devils, then We will bring them around Hell, kneeling.

And every one of you will pass over it, this is a decree from your Lord.

Then We will save those who were mindful and leave the wrongdoers there, on their knees.

Those on the right, blessed and secure.

As for the one given his record in his right hand

He will have an easy reckoning

“I was sure I would meet my reckoning.”

And return to his people in joy.

But those whose faces shine will be in Allah’s mercy, dwelling there forever.

Their Lord will admit them into His mercy.

Faces that Day will be radiant

Looking toward their Lord.

Faces that Day will shine

Laughing, rejoicing.

Faces that Day will be radiant

Satisfied with their striving

And what will make you understand the steep path?

It is freeing a slave

Or feeding in times of hunger

An orphan close to you

Or a destitute lying in the dust.

Then to be among those who believe, who encourage patience and mercy.

These are the companions of the right.

What a beautiful home and resting place.

A multitude from the earliest generations

And a select few from later ones.
