Believers
Those who spend the night in devotion, bowing and standing before their Lord.
25:64And who spend the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing,
You see them bowing and prostrating, seeking grace from Allah and His pleasure. Their mark is on their faces from the trace of prostration. That is their likeness in the Torah.
48:29Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are hard against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves. Thou (O Muhammad) seest them bowing and falling prostrate (in worship), seeking bounty from Allah and (His) acceptance. The mark of them is on their foreheads from the traces of prostration. Such is their likeness in the Torah and their likeness in the Gospel - like as sown corn that sendeth forth its shoot and strengtheneth it and riseth firm upon its stalk, delighting the sowers - that He may enrage the disbelievers with (the sight of) them. Allah hath promised, unto such of them as believe and do good works, forgiveness and immense reward.
59:8And (it is) for the poor fugitives who have been driven out from their homes and their belongings, who seek bounty from Allah and help Allah and His messenger. They are the loyal.
Is one who worships devoutly in the night, prostrating and standing, mindful of the Hereafter, and placing his hope in his Lord’s mercy, equal to one who does not? Say, "Are those who know and those who do not know alike?" Only those with understanding will take heed.
39:9Is he who payeth adoration in the watches of the night, prostrate and standing, bewaring of the Hereafter and hoping for the mercy of his Lord, (to be accounted equal with a disbeliever)? Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Are those who know equal with those who know not? But only men of understanding will pay heed.
So that Allah may reward them for the best of what they did and increase them from His bounty.
24:38That Allah may reward them with the best of what they did, and increase reward for them of His bounty. Allah giveth blessings without stint to whom He will.
42:26And accepteth those who do good works, and giveth increase unto them of His bounty. And as for disbelievers, theirs will be an awful doom.
And when the prayer is finished, disperse through the land and seek Allah’s bounty
62:10And when the prayer is ended, then disperse in the land and seek of Allah's bounty, and remember Allah much, that ye may be successful.
Those who are humble in their prayers
23:2Who are humble in their prayers,
And who are diligent in their prayers.
23:9And who pay heed to their prayers.
70:34And those who are attentive at their worship.
These are the true believers
8:4Those are they who are in truth believers. For them are grades (of honour) with their Lord, and pardon, and a bountiful provision.
9:112(Triumphant) are those who turn repentant (to Allah), those who serve (Him), those who praise (Him), those who fast, those who bow down, those who fall prostrate (in worship), those who enjoin the right and who forbid the wrong and those who keep the limits (ordained) of Allah - And give glad tidings to believers!
23:1Successful indeed are the believers
These are the ones truly guided by their Lord, and they will be successful."
2:5These depend on guidance from their Lord. These are the successful.
Those who believe in the Hereafter will believe in it, and they will guard their prayers.
6:92And this is a blessed Scripture which We have revealed, confirming that which (was revealed) before it, that thou mayst warn the Mother of Villages and those around her. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe herein, and they are careful of their worship.
Say, “My Lord commands justice. Set your faces toward Him in every place of worship and call upon Him sincerely in faith. Just as He created you, so shall you return.”
7:29Say: My Lord enjoineth justice. And set your faces upright (toward Him) at every place of worship and call upon Him, making religion pure for Him (only). As He brought you into being, so return ye (unto Him).
Are people who are not distracted by trade or commerce from remembering Allah, establishing prayer, and giving charity. They fear a Day when hearts and eyes will tremble
24:37Men whom neither merchandise nor sale beguileth from remembrance of Allah and constancy in prayer and paying to the poor their due; who fear a day when hearts and eyeballs will be overturned;
Bow with those who bow.
2:43Establish worship, pay the poor-due, and bow your heads with those who bow (in worship).
Say, “My prayers are for Allah.”
6:162Say: Lo! my worship and my sacrifice and my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
Seek help through prayer
2:45Seek help in patience and prayer; and truly it is hard save for the humble-minded,
2:153O ye who believe! Seek help in steadfastness and prayer. Lo! Allah is with the steadfast.
Indeed, the human being was created anxious
70:19Lo! man was created anxious,
Except those who pray
70:22Save worshippers.
Those who are constant in their prayers
70:23Who are constant at their worship
