Sacrificed Animals

In them (the animals) are benefits for you for a time, then their place is by the Ancient House.

22:33Therein are benefits for you for an appointed term; and afterward they are brought for sacrifice unto the ancient House.

For every nation We appointed rites, so they may mention Allah’s name over the livestock He provided.

22:34And for every nation have We appointed a ritual, that they may mention the name of Allah over the beast of cattle that He hath given them for food; and your god is One God, therefor surrender unto Him. And give good tidings (O Muhammad) to the humble,

And the sacrificial animals, We made them among Allah’s symbols for you. In them is good. So, mention Allah’s name over them as they are lined up, then when they fall on their sides, eat from them and feed the content and the needy. Thus, We made them subject to you, so you may be grateful.

22:36And the camels! We have appointed them among the ceremonies of Allah. Therein ye have much good. So mention the name of Allah over them when they are drawn up in lines. Then when their flanks fall (dead), eat thereof and feed the beggar and the suppliant. Thus have We made them subject unto you, that haply ye may give thanks.

Neither their flesh nor their blood reaches Allah, but your piety does. Thus, He subjected them to you so you may glorify Allah for what He has guided you to.

22:37Their flesh and their food reach not Allah, but the devotion from you reacheth Him. Thus have We made them subject unto you that ye may magnify Allah that He hath guided you. And give good tidings (O Muhammad) to the good.
