Allies of Unbelievers

Whoever turns away from the remembrance of the Most Merciful, We assign a devil to him as his companion.

43:36And he whose sight is dim to the remembrance of the Beneficent, We assign unto him a devil who becometh his comrade;

They divert him from the path, yet he thinks he is rightly guided.

43:37And lo! they surely turn them from the way of Allah, and yet they deem that they are rightly guided;

His companion will say, “Our Lord, I did not make him transgress, but he was far astray.”

50:27His comrade saith: Our Lord! I did not cause him to rebel, but he was (himself) far gone in error.

We have made the devils allies to those who do not believe.

7:27O Children of Adam! Let not Satan seduce you as he caused your (first) parents to go forth from the Garden and tore off from them their robe (of innocence) that he might manifest their shame to them. Lo! he seeth you, he and his tribe, from whence ye see him not. Lo! We have made the devils protecting friends for those who believe not.

The devils inspire their allies to argue with you

6:121And eat not of that whereon Allah's name hath not been mentioned, for lo! it is abomination. Lo! the devils do inspire their minions to dispute with you. But if ye obey them, ye will be in truth idolaters.

On the Day He gathers them all, He will say, “O assembly of jinn! You have misled many among humanity.” Their human allies will say, “Our Lord, we benefited from one another, but now we have reached the term You set for us.”

6:128In the day when He will gather them together (He will say): O ye assembly of the jinn! Many of humankind did ye seduce. And their adherents among humankind will say: Our Lord! We enjoyed one another, but now we have arrived at the appointed term which Thou appointedst for us. He will say: Fire is your home. Abide therein for ever, save him whom Allah willeth (to deliver). Lo! thy Lord is Wise, Aware.

The word of your Lord has been fulfilled: “I will surely fill Hell with jinn and humans together.”

11:119Save him on whom thy Lord hath mercy; and for that He did create them. And the Word of thy Lord hath been fulfilled: Verily I shall fill hell with the jinn and mankind together.

By your Lord, We will surely gather them and the devils, then We will bring them around Hell, kneeling.

19:68And, by thy Lord, verily We shall assemble them and the devils, then We shall bring them, crouching, around hell.

Had We willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but My decree has come to pass: “I will fill Hell with jinn and humans, all together.”

32:13And if We had so willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the word from Me concerning evildoers took effect: that I will fill hell with the jinn and mankind together.
