Quran 4:98

إِلَّا الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةً وَلَا يَهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلًا

Ahmad Ali

But those who are helpless, men, women and children, who can neither contrive a plan nor do they know the way,
