Ya Seen (Ya Seen) 36:82

إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَنْ يَقُولَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ

Transliteration

Innama amruhu itha arada shayan an yaqoola lahu kun fayakoonu

Ahmad Ali

When He wills a thing He has only to say: "Be," and it is.

All His command, when He wills something, is to say to it ‘Be,’ and it is.
